GodSweetBlessing opened to the Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island dessert lovers in 2020 with the mission of spreading the love of incredible homemade cakes, treats and the finest ingredients as widely as possible. I first started off baking cakes just for holidays and family gatherings in 1989. Then shortly after, I began receiving high demand orders. I sold cakes for barely anything, which wasnât a big deal. I was baking with love and noticed the joy my cake desserts brought after all, happiness truly is homemade. We all are blessed with a talent; I thank God for blessing me with the talent to bake. Thank You to my husband Bernard, daughter Michele, host of family, and friends. Thank you all for your continued support! â Special âThank Youâ to my #1 supporter my mother Gloria who told me many years ago to start my own business. That is why in remembrance of her, I named her favorite, carrot cake she always wanted me to bake for her the âGlorious Carrotâ.
