💭 Who is the owner/baker? • The owner/baker’s name is Shiloh. She is a twenty-four year old college student, and single mother of a two year old. If you were to hand her three plain ingredients, she could trick your tastebuds into thinking twelve were used. Shiloh thoroughly enjoys traveling and building relationships with her customers. Her favorite dessert is Strawberry Cheesecake. What most of her followers and customers don’t know is that she is also a Christian, contemporary dancer, and serves in ministry. 🤍 💭 What kind of desserts do you offer? • A variety. Our main focus is cookies; It’s what we specialize in. We have created over a hundred cookie flavors since 2020. Cheesecakes and puddings are available for preorder as well. At the moment, cake/cupcakes are not an option because we don’t like to decorate 😂 💭 Are desserts kept on hand? • No. Desserts are not kept on hand due to B.S.C being a home based business. All orders must be preordered days or weeks in advance and retrieved by its due date. 💭 When should we place an order? • It is strongly encouraged to secure orders the moment it crosses your mind. 😆 It’s a blessing to be booked and busy regularly. If you desire to retrieve an order by a specific date, then 3-4 weeks in advance is the best timeframe. Shiloh tries her best to schedule everyone’s pickup dates by her earliest available date. Sometimes it can be the very next day or three days later—it all varies on what your order includes. (Ex: Sugar Cookies will 9/10 ALWAYS be scheduled for the very next day, if her schedule allows). 💭 Where is pickup? Is delivery an option? • An exact address with instructions is sent once a payment has been received. We understand that people like to calculate distance before considering placing an order. The Lisa Park neighborhood is where we reside. Delivery becomes an option when/if we are running behind schedule or the order is for a local workplace. 💭 Why do you say “we” if it’s only 1 baker? • Although there’s only one baker, I say WE because several family members, friends, and strangers have poured into Brown Sugar Crumbs. I do all of the baking, communicating, etc. But you guys see more of my family’s face than mine 😅 So like I said, WE! 😂❤️
