Tania Teixeira Da Graca, Baker/Owner Tania has over 5 years of experience as a baker. Her interest in cooking and baking began when she became a wife and mother of four beautiful children. A motivated self-learner, Tania easily adapted her cooking skills to baking. She bakes marvelous cakes, cookies, cupcakes and prepares the cake fillings and icings. Tania has delivered to friends and family the majority of wedding cakes and large specialty like birthday, gender reveal cakes over the years. Her enthusiasm for creating and appreciating well-prepared food and pastry sent her to school. She attended the Southeastern Technical Institute where she acquires her certifications and license to operate together with her family, their own bakery business called Tania&David bakery. Tania biggest aspiration is the satisfaction of her costumers. She believes happiness is when you’re having a bad day and suddenly everything changes after trying her specialties. My husband and I are thrilled to announce the opening of our first bakery and cafe, where we'll be serving up fresh, mouth-watering pastries and cakes for all occasions. We're also excited to share a piece of our cultural heritage with the Brockton community, offering traditional Cape Verdean and Brazilian treats that are sure to delight. Our ultimate goal is to make a positive impact on each and every customer who walks through our door, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
